A little about me and my company…

Hi and welcome to my site! I am so happy you’re here:)

My name’s Alexa Kuphal I’m an NTP (nutritional therapy practitioner). I love God, I love moving my body, I love food, and I love people. I am extremely passionate about the work I do… Why you may ask? here’s a quick backstory: My mom when I was young became really sick. Every doc told her it was food poisoning. Now if you ask me food poisoning for over 2 years, that either means there’s a lot of bad food or something else was going on. My mom advocated for herself saying there was something else going on but no docs listened. Eventually after being hospitalized she was diagnosed celiac. Then she was diagnosed after changing her diet with multiple other auto-immune diseases like Sjögrens Syndrome, Hashimoto’s disease, etc. Still no one could tell her why, or how to prevent anymore autoimmune diseases from popping up… all they said was, “take this your symptoms will go away.” And for a while they would… but prescriptions in cases like this, are like putting black tape over a dash light on your car. You can ignore the light or cover up that there’s an issue, but after awhile the issue always manages to resurface and be un-ignorable. Losing the car analogy now this ignorance usually results in emergency surgery or higher doses of prescriptions which leads to loads of deficiencies/other issues in the body! My mom eventually found help however from a homeopathic clinician and avoided high drug doses and emergency surgical removal of organs. She in-turn reclaimed her health and went to school for health and wellness coaching as her homeopathic practitioner did. She is my inspiration and the why behind my deep care for this line of work. Which is why I’m in the business of preventative care, through feeding the mind and body what it really needs…

Transforming the mind, by traveling back in time.

To understand my approach, you have to first understand yourself and who you are. You’re human. And you share 99.9% of genes with your ancestors (who you came from).

So although we live in a modern ever changing world, our body’s are very much so biologically and intrinsically primal. Meaning our needs that used to be met by being hunters first and gatherers second, still remain to be the same needs for optimal survival in today’s world…. however are we meeting those needs?

Meeting the needs…

I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. Although we biologically share 99.9% of genes we are all so very different from surrounding environments, stress buckets, to how we choose to live our lives. I don’t believe in pushing fad diets. They’re typically unsustainable, don’t show results, and you have no idea why you’re eating what you’re eating or why you’re doing what you’re doing (been there!). I don’t believe that choosing to make your health a priority in life is an expense but rather an investment. Your body’s a temple, the only home you got to live in… take care of it and it’ll take care of you! I also don’t believe that changing mindset, routines, and lifestyle is easy. Scientifically it is said to truly make or break any habit it takes 21 days. I do believe however that the highest form of self love is discipline… it’s saying no to something you want right now for something better later on.

The real nitty gritty of how I work with clients…

My process begins with me learning about you. Which is done best through conversation and some background paperwork I’ll have you fill out… I want to know you! You know your body best, it is yours after all. And for me to create you the best bio-individually crafted protocol I need to know you and figure out what’s going on. This is what the initial consult is all about. One week later (approx.), or whenever suites you, we’ll have a recommendations visit. This is where we get into the nitty gritty, my observations of what’s going on and how to best move forward so you can reclaim your health and live real again!

I also implement use of client guides, blogs, videos, podcasts, the latest studies, recipes, etc. all for your learning - education on the why behind my protocols, to understand your body better, promote change in your mindset, and hopefully help you live your realest and happiest life!
